The KDP-acceptance guarantee

If Amazon KDP rejects a print PDF or EPUB that carried a Typesheep preflight certificate, for a reason the certificate covered, we refund that purchase in full. Send KDP's rejection message to hello@typesheep.com within 30 days of your purchase; we'll first offer to fix and rebuild the file free, and refund you if we can't make KDP accept it.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

Rejections for reasons outside the files we build: content policy decisions, rights and copyright disputes, metadata you entered on KDP yourself, a cover you supplied, or requirements Amazon introduced after your build (rebuild free within your 30-day window instead).

Changed your mind?

The free preview exists so you can see your finished book, real typeset pages and the full report, before paying. Because the paid download is delivered instantly and is yours to keep, we don't normally refund a completed purchase apart from the guarantee above. If something genuinely went wrong with your build, write to us anyway: we'd rather fix it or make it right than argue.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. A refunded purchase switches the book back to preview mode.
